Dear Frank’s Peeps,

I am being  attacked by a co-worker.  She is very harsh condescending, and always has to be right, better …and always asks for things. I do not like her dominating, righteous attitude, even though she claims to be a pastor.  I feel threatened at work by her with my job because of her influence.  Can your peeps help me with some guidance?

Hello Cynthia,

Situations like this are never easy for answers. I hear that there are too many dynamics at work here. You are living with stress and fear right now in your life and it is being amplified by your own doing. I hear from my peeps that you are living with something that goes back to your teenage time that has a grip on your personality. Personalities are not easy to change without first acknowledging that it does exist and then how to fix it. I hear to try and work with forgiveness. Reach back into your past, acknowledge those situations that you really wish not to and send them away with forgiveness and blessings of love. This is going to help with changing your vibration for moving into the future on a more loving plane. It does not sound like much, but it goes a long way towards peace in ones life.

The next thing I hear from my peeps is that you do not know anything about your co-worker and her life. You would be surprised to find out she is a lot like you. I also hear you are going through the motions in life hearing and seeing what you only want to see and hear. This has a lot to do with your personality. You are seeing and hearing other things, but they are being ignored. I hear she cries out for help and gets ignored, but she has to work on that herself.

I hear for you to be open to new ways of communicating. Instead of talking about her, try talking to her with sincerity and compassion.

I know I say this alot, but for good reasons-it works. Try working on meditating. Meditation teaches you how to bring calmness into your life and is a wonderful healing agent. I also hear to find time to express yourself through drawing. Make some time and be creative. This allows you to express yourself and you get to see your true self. Trust in yourself and be very proud of what you can do with art.

I feel you have a chemical imbalance going on and it is tiring you. Take a look at what you are taking and make sure not to over do it–coffee/medication/sugar/etc. If you are on medication, make sure to follow Dr’s orders.
