Dear Frank’s Peeps,
I have a question for you regarding my husband and me. We have been married almost 33 years. I can’t say they have all been easy as my husband suffers from depression and mental sickness.
Things have been looking a lot better until lately, he has been getting very angry and impatient with me. I would like to know if you are able to tell me why.
I hear that there is a big hole of insecurity he is drowning in. There are a lot of things that seem to be in line one right after another. Most are minor, but as long as there is one major worry that sits there, he will stay on edge. Time is a word that keeps repeating itself. I do not have clarity on the time issue, but I feel that something is coming to a close.
I hear to make conversation openly about fears, any and all. Be open to chaos in conversation and do not point any fingers indicating any fault to anyone. Listen and learn what truly is at the root of a problem and then create a course to alleviate the pressure. Go bike riding together. Working together will help in resolving irrational thinking. Get outdoors more. I hear that you can sense a lot more than you let on and that you can be a game changer just by being smarter on how you respond to what you sense. You have a gift that can change energy to go into another direction just by your presence.
Sometimes the answers are right there and we fail to see them because we ourselves get consumed by another energy and that seems to be a problem that you have fallen into. I can not tell you the problem 100% but I hear that you know and you are consumed yourself, causing mental blindness to hide the issue. I see this fog and it seems it will stay awhile. I see a clearer vision about 3 months from now. Stop, listen and move forward with confidence. I hope this helps.
Namaste ~ Frank
